I really hope that you do take a beat if you need it, Homie. I love that you honor yourself as well as us. 🥰

Also, I can’t help but see the funniest analogies for Saturn and Pisces. Like the stern military sergeant-type father reprimanding his slacker/hippy/whathaveyou son. “Bill & Ted” anyone? 🤭 (Plus my Pisces husband was once married to a Virgo, so yeah it seems to have played out just as the stars told).

As always, this is very, very helpful, Maria. I'm trying so hard to work on this South Node in Pisces/North Node in Virgo imprint (?), tendency, or default. I do find it easier to go it alone, work independently, and be naturally self-motivated. That's a dramatic understatement and it is in contrast to the epic struggle I have when trying to collaborate, work with a group, or slog through processes that are (to me) needlessly bogged down in details. For example, attending civic meetings with endless dialogue without any discernable resolution or progress. Witness the community "action" group meetings I attended over 20 years ago to try to initiate a local recycling program. I went to meetings for months where the primary topic of discussion was whether we should use paper cups for the coffee at meetings or each of us bring our own mugs. MONTHS! I quit attending before that issue was resolved. However, here we are 20+ years later and we finally have a volunteer-driven recycling center locally, probably thanks to all the folks who did not stop attending. Or maybe it was a new batch of more functionally effective members. I don't know because I opted out and did my own thing. However, I can beat myself up about that OR I can roll up my sleeves and pitch in volunteering at the Wednesday and Saturday operational hours, sorting, grinding glass into sand as a fundraiser project, or whatever else is needed. Independence is my default, but obviously there are things that cannot be accomplished individually. Why is this lesson so painful?! Thank you for always shifting the angle of my mind and shedding new light on old topics, Maria!💚💜

Ohhh, Leenie, I am sure it was anything but funny at the time, but I had to laugh at the idea of people spending months meeting about coffee cups 😂

I unfortunately have parallel examples from corporate pharma, only those meetings cost millions of dollars when you calculate the attendees salaries down to the hourly rate. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Maybe those endless debates are the only time certain people get to be heard, or to feel like they belong to something, and they just can't find a more productive means. That is where I see us as a collective being asked to stretch - can we be a creation and co-creator by examining and breaking our habitual patterns?

You are making efforts to live ad a beacon and I applaud that!
