This isn’t about a “perfect morning routine”; it is more about being conscious of how easy it is to allow our time (= our life) to be swept away simply because there is such easy access to things that demand (but do not warrant) our attention.
Acknowledging what you care about and picturing that as part of your day first thing in the morning may sound simple or cheesy, but I promise you will have a better experience than if you just pick up your phone and allow it to swallow you up while your brain is still in a very suggestible state.
