Healing isn't linear

I hope all of you are doing well out there. It always feels disorienting when a major holiday falls in the middle of the week. Is it the weekend yet? Is my garbage going to be picked up?

I am feeling extra disoriented, and didn’t feel up to immersing myself in a time of intense healing right now, which is where I left off in my journal of almost 2 years ago. I suspect I am going through another growth spurt, but we’ll see!
