So, you are tentatively or full-on excited about getting sober (or insert whatever big change you are creating). Yet no one around you cares, or worse, consciously or subconsciously sabotages you. It can feel lonely, like you are in purgatory. You may even be tempted to go back to the hell of your previous situation in life. Before you do, I have some ideas for how to not feel so alone, maybe even find some enthusiastic compatriots, or just learn something new.
