Daily Reflection:
I post a Note, a Tarot or Oracle card pulled for the collective each weekday morning plus an inspired haiku. On Sundays, I post a 3 card spread plus the inspired haiku arising from the cards.
Every Monday, A Personal Post + Weekly Energy:
A personal essay, plus for the paywalled section for paid subscribers will be unlocked one week later: a weekly Oracle and/or Tarot card spread with messages from the Universe and invitations for simple practices to try that week. I also include any other messages that come through via my daily meditation practice.
1st and 3rd Wednesdays, Deep into Astrology:
I delve into the archetypes that are the language of astrology, often in a reporter or teaching manner. I also often touch upon questions the current astrological energy is posing to us so that we may use our free will as wisely as possible, in alignment with the energy.
Fridays, Recovery (at least once a month):
I read journal entries from my first year of sobriety and offer current shares, as an offering to others on the often tough, lonely road to ditching alcohol or just recovering from life in order to fully live.
